We ship orders across the United States. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or condition. We do not ship internationally.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Destination
  • Carrier rates

Standard shipping: 2–7 business days

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Carrier selection depends on the item and destination.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item size and warehouse handling.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit:

  • Take photos of the packaging and item
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at claims@thesurplusdepot.com

We will review and determine next steps.
